“How do I start the microwave..when I push time cook and enter 2:00 minutes and then push start it will not start the food icon pops up and nothing happens...the guy at the store said just push time cook and he was totally WRONG!!!”

You have to open the microwave door, close it and press a number, 1 for 1 minute, 2 for 2 minutes, or press time cook and enter the minutes of desired heating time
