Pretty close. I think the 4 indicates the 4th generation of the JVM3160DFWW. The one pictured looks like the one I replaced. The latest model has a few minor cosmetic differences, and the internal dimensions are slightly different. Also, although it fits perfectly in the same location, the back wall mounting bracket and the location of the top mounting bolts and power cord are different...can't just remove the old unit and replace with the new unit without redrilling some holes.
