• A:Answer Unfortunately, there is no way to have it turn on and off at specific times. That would be a great feature to have though.

Over-the-range models should be on a dedicated circuit. Require a 120 volt individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3 prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. NOTE: When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model. • A:Answer Hi David - Yes, the microwaves have the same dimensions. When you get your new model, you will notice an extra number on the rating plate. When the model is manufactured, these extra letters/numbers are placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. These letters/numbers are used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, these are used as identifiers for the specific appliance. Remove the two screws holding it to the microwave oven. The plate will be used as the rear wall template and for mounting the microwave oven to the wall. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. The height and depth may vary slightly. This should not be an issue unless you have tile on the wall under the microwave. Model JVM3160RFSS is 15-3/4"H in the front and 16 1/2"H in the rear.
