Hi, thanks for reaching out to us and for considering this over-the-range microwave for your home! We truly appreciate your patience and are happy to answer these questions for you. This microwave is designed with a 13.5" glass turntable that can be easily removed for cleaning. We recommend leaving the turntable on for best cooking results, this model has Turntable On/Off control that allows it to be turned off for large dishes. It is not equipped with any shelf, glass tray, metal tray, or wire rack that may be found in an Advantium oven to use with different cooking modes.
