The most important dimension is the width. Sure, the height of the JVM6175 is a tee bit shorter at .3125 " compared to .5 " on the JVM1340, and the depth is a whopping 1.5625" sticking out, but it should fit if you can live with it. Other things to consider that may need modifications would be new holes for mounting screws and exhaust vent.
