yes you can. it has 2 disks that allow you to grate or slice cheese. its medium and fine settings.

This food processor has many amazing features that we think you will be very excited about. This food processor does have the ability to slice or shred cheese. This being said, cheese should be processed immediately after being removed from the refrigerator. Soft cheese such as mozzarella is recommended to be placed in the freezer 30 minutes before processing, in order for the cheese to shred properly.
