Can you grate cheese with this product? null

yes you can. it has 2 disks that allow you to grate or slice cheese. its medium and fine settings.

I did a little bit of cheese, it was okay. I used it in a salad mixture I was making. Just done like a very small porting maybe 4oz block.

Yes you can. You have two options, either have it shredded very fine or medium.

Didn't try it yet for cheese since we only grate small portions at a time. It does have a thin shredding disk that should work with aged cheeses, depending on how thin you need it to be

This being said, cheese should be processed immediately after being removed from the refrigerator. Soft cheese such as mozzarella is recommended to be placed in the freezer 30 minutes before processing, in order for the cheese to shred properly.
