How do I defrost the freezer? null

Good day, Thank you so much for reaching out about this amazing refrigerator! This refrigerator does not need to be manually defrosted. If you are seeing frost in your freezer, then check to make sure nothing is preventing the freezer door from closing completely. Constantly opening the freezer causes warm moist air to enter, thus causing frost crystals. We hope these tips help. Stay safe! Mike@GEA
