I’m not sure, but this fridge will just slide out fairly easily, so do that to get underneath it, especially if something is smelly! Perhaps it’s just frozen food that’s thawed & rotted? Good luck.

We truly appreciate you choosing this beautiful French-door refrigerator for your home and are glad to have you in the GE Appliances family! We are so sorry to hear of the mouse situation and the difficulty you have had in trying to fix this. We can imagine that this has been so frustrating for you and are happy to help! There is not a toe kick part to be removed. The quickest and easiest way for you to access underneath the refrigerator would be to use the leveling legs to unplug the unit, raise the leveling legs located at the bottom front of the refrigerator as high as they can go, and then carefully use something like a yardstick to sweep underneath. When you are finished, remember to lower the leveling legs until they touch the floor to re-level the unit. If you try this and still can't find it, the alternative option would be to unplug and carefully pull the refrigerator away from the wall while being watchful that you don’t roll over the power cord or water supply line, and remove the small panel on the lower back of the refrigerator to see if you can find it. If you have any questions or end up needing further guidance in this, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us via our Contact Us page online. We are always happy to help! -Eliza@GEA
