Hi - Thank you for your interest in our combination washer/dryer unit. The normal cycle is approximately 3 hours for a medium/large towel load. If the basket is full of clothes, the cycle will be longer. The wash cycle (about 1 hour) which is the same as other front load washers. The dry cycle is longer due to compromises made to do both functions in the same machine at half the voltage of a conventional electric dryer. For best results, we recommend filling the tub about half full to allow adequate room for the clothes to tumble while drying. This unit is particularly helpful for our consumers who have limited space and do not have access to a 220 volt circuit. We do hope you choose GE for your home! Vikki@GEA
