- Answer If you put it on some kind of cart you should be able to move it to the sink. You would need a Y adapter for the faucet to match the hose threads.

QuestionI just bought this Washer and dryer and during the spin cycles of the wash the washing machine shakes so much that it is uncontrollable and will cause damage to my laundry room. What is the solution to this. How do I fix this because it is unusable.

- Answer the unit needs to be leveled using a level to run correctly. Not just Oh that looks level. no use a level; and use the foot pads.

QuestionThe automatic wash/dry cycle leaves towels damp. A wash only cycle, then the "Auto Extra Dry" dry cycle leaves the towels dry. Can you select the "Auto Extra Dry" for the automatic wash/dry cycle? Or can extra drying time be added to the wash/dry cycles.

- Answer Hello, Thanks so much for reaching out. We're happy to answer your question! We're sorry to hear that your towels are coming out damp. We can surely understand the annoyance. When using the drying, you can use the Add Dry Time arrows to increase the amount of time needed. Alternatively, we would also recommend lightening the load some as there could be too many items in the dryer. Hope this helps! Mike@GEA

QuestionWhich way does the door open and can it be switched?

- Answer Mine swings open from right to left (hinge is on the left). I don’t think it can be installed the other way because my technician was showing me which way it opens and was asking how I wanted to position my laundry machine in the spot I wanted it, considering that’s the way it opens.

- Answer My unit is on a pedestal I purchased on Amazon. My boyfriend put a piece of plywood underneath the unit on top of the pedestal with holes that match the feet on the unit. The plywood is tight in the top of the pedestal and the feet are tight in the holes in the plywood which prevents most of the movement.

- Answer This Washer and Dryer Combo Machine is very good at what it does. The dryer part uses condensation to dry the clothes. These kinds are cheaper and use less energy than the ones that use some kind of refrigeration, but it takes longer to dry. You may have to put your clothes on a drying rack to dry completely. Otherwise you will have spots of dampness. This machine needs to be cleaned once a month and you must keep lint off the bellows after each use.

QuestionIs this item Energy Star certified? I bought this under the impression that it is. I applied for a rebate and was denied as the energy guide does not have a certification on it but on the Best Buy website it says it is.

- Answer You can't follow the advertising. You have to check the government website before you buy. I made that mistake years ago. Even without it, it is an efficient machine and will save you money. It uses little water and adjust itself to use the minimum amount regardless of load. It requires more maintenance to keep it clean than a conventional machine.

QuestionWhat detergent and fabric softener do you recommend for this product? Normally I use Tide Pods, but I assume this machine works best with a liquid or powder detergent released through the dispenser? Please let me know - thank you!

- Answer Thanks for reaching out with this great question. Liquid detergent or detergent pods can be used with this unit, but we do recommend using High Efficiency detergent. - Answer Hello- We appreciate your question and are happy to help! The washer cannot be plumbed to drain directly to the bathroom or kitchen sink drain. Plumbing codes don't allow for it, in part because the drain cannot be sealed or else it will siphon water back into the washer. It needs to be drained into a standpipe or hooked on a utility sink capable of handling 9.5 gals (36 L) per minute. If you have any additional questions in the future, please let us know.
