- Answer Hi Mia! This model needs water inlet hoses to be connected, as well as a drain hose. Information about connecting the water inlet hoses can be found on page 22 of your installation instructions, and information about the drain hose can be found on pages 21 and 22 of the same document. QuestionI life on the 3rd floor in an apartment complex. I have neighbors on both sides and under me. Therefore, I am very conscious of any noise. How much noise does this machine make when it is washing and drying? Thank you.

- Answer It could be, I would install a Tee at the supply so that 2 hoses could be hooked up. The machine will not heat water, so just so you know, some clothes may not be cleaned as well as you think they should if the staining requires hot water.

- Answer You shouldn't need to cut anything. Just add a t-connector to the water shut-off valve under the sink.

- Answer The exact number will vary depending on the size and thickness of your towels. That said, we do provide examples of "typical" loads on Page 15 of the online Owner's Manual. The manual can be found by clicking on the Features tab and scroll to the bottom of the list. One example lists: 1 bath sheet, 6 bath towels, 8 washcloths, and 4 hand towels/terry cloth bath mat as a load. -Vikki@GEAppliances

QuestionI've had my combination washer/dryer for about 18 months. Up until two days ago, everything was working fine. On Thursday, the timer would not advance past 25 minutes, and the drum kept turning. I had to shut down the machine and turn it to Timed Dry.

- Answer I would assume so, usually those are plumbed in elsewhere in your home, and then plumbing is ran where it needs to be. If not though, it uses standard washer fittings/hoses, so if your tankless heater has that as the outlet then it would really easy.

- Answer I’m still very new with this machine … I would say hit options and see what comes up … each area on the bottom row does change as you hit them …. I’m finding there is a set time however …under drying in the overtime white section ( I call it ) you can change that time up or down … I’m still learning but it’s very easy to use just don’t fill it too full with clothes especially in the delicate setting ….. hope this helps

- Answer It is a ventless dryer - so no duct is needed. As for hoses if your current hoses are very old I recommend replacing them.
