QuestionCan this washer dryer combo be vented? I am concerned about too much humidity being released into the bathroom I will be installing it in.

- Answer No vent. It's a condensation dryer that sends the water down the washer drain. It will warm the bathroom a few degrees but the humidity isn't terrible.

- Answer I don't think there is any provision for venting this unit. However, one could use the wash-only feature of this unit and then transfer the wet clothes to a separate dryer that requires venting.

QuestionFirst experience was not a good one. Dryer was stuck in 10 minute mode for at least an hour. I called BestBuy’s tech and scheduled a service appointment, They recommended unplugging the unit.

- Answer Because of the electronics, these things can happen. It is wise to unplug and let it cool down. The cause of this malfunction is likely dirty electricity. I use a TrippLite Isobar on these kinds of appliances, ISOBLOK2-0.

- Answer It has a pull out tray on the left. They are clearly marked. I suggest you read the manual. Some of the slots are not used.

- Answer Hello- Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! This model will require both the hot and the cold water to be connected. Hot and cold water faucets MUST be installed within 42 inches (107 cm) of your unit’s water inlet. The faucets MUST be 3/4” (1.9 cm) garden hose-type so inlet hoses can be connected. Water pressure MUST be between 10 and 120 pounds per square inch. Your water department can advise you of your water pressure. The hot water temperature should be set to deliver water at 120° to 140°F (48°–60°C) to provide proper Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) performance. QuestionI just had my unit installed. The tech who delivered and installed started the unit and left. At the end of the cycle it beeped and Shows H20 water supply on the display. I turned off the unit but what does this mean and how do I know the cycle was done

QuestionWith my current model, every time the machine starts to not dry clothes anymore, I have to take off the top and the air flow parts inside to get to the plastic piece that holds the wet lint. Will I have to do the same with this model?

- Answer Hi there - thanks for asking! The normal cycle is approximately 3 hours for a medium/large towel load. Obviously, if the basket is full of clothes, the cycle will be longer. The wash cycle (about 1 hour) is the same as any other front load washer. The dry cycle takes longer due to compromises made to do both functions in the same machine. We recommend loading the drum to a maximum of 2/3 capacity to allow airflow during drying.
