This unit uses 8.4 gallons of water per wash cycle.

Hi Dre - The average water usage is 8.4 gallons. The washer uses load-sensing adaptive fill technology to provide just the right amount of water for best performance and low water usage. The wash basket will turn briefly and assess the weight of the load. It will also do this after the load is saturated with water to assess how absorbent the load is. With the load weight and load type we can apply the proper amount of water to wash the load. Horizontal washers do not require the tub to fill with water like top-load washers. I can tell you it doesn't use much. We are extremely happy with the washer and dryer. I would imagine you would have to contact the manufacturer to get the actual gallon usage. It doesn't show up in the specs.
