Q: QuestionI'll be connecting this to my bathroom sink with a single faucet. It seems from the manual that the only needed inlet/drain is the included unicoppler tube? Or do i need to purchase a drain tube or inlet tube? how long are the included tubes or tube?

• A:Answer If you intend to use this as a portable, expect the installer to be clueless. The first time I purchased a portable washer from Best Buy, the installer insisted that I needed washer hookups for hot and cold water. I absolutely could not convince him that the washer was portable and should hook up to my sink faucet. He was so rude that I finally asked him to leave. I paid my apartment maintenance man to hook up the hoses that way I needed. It took him less than 10 minutes. However, it required some physical strength that I lack. Recently, I've been talking to Best Buy reps. They are still clueless about portable washers. I need a hose extension in order to use the washer without blocking my kitchen. They keep trying to order a coupler, which is included with the purchase. They say I cannot order the extension through Best Buy. Another call and they say I need two hoses. Again, they are unclear that it is portable. No one has the same answer. I am disabled, barely surviving on Social Security, and cannot get the help I need with this simple purchase. My hands are weak. I cannot connect a hose extension properly. This is so frustrating that I am becoming too rude to make any more phone calls. I've already wasted hours on the phone. So, I caution you to NOT rely on "expert installers" if you intend to use washer as a portable that rolls up to a faucet. Apparently, this is not a common purchase.

Q: QuestionI've seen 2 different pictures of the hose hookup. One a unit with 2 hoses (looks like 1 water input hose and 1 drain hose. The other a 1 hose hookup to the faucet with the drain hose draped over the faucet unit. Which is it? What is uni hose coupler?

• A:Answer You can hook this washer up to a conventional 2 hose (hot/cold) water hookup OR you can use the "uni hose coupler" to roll the washer over to a sink and hook it up that way temporarily. I suppose people with vacation cabins or tiny houses or apartments might need to do it that way. I have mine hooked up in the conventional stationary way. (Very happy with it.) The uni hose attachment comes included, if you don't have the conventional hoses you have to buy them.

• A:Answer I ordered it online and within a day got a call to set up delivery. I'm sure you can call the number listed on the website to order. I'm surprised your local store did not offer to order it for you. Only problem is it took about two weeks for delivery. This might have been because I choose to have the guys install it. I really didn't need them to do so because its as easy as taking off cap on faucet to install attachment for hoses. It just needed to be screwed in, just didn't realize t at the time. It was still worth the wait. Its small in size but the interior is as big as most larger machines. Runs quiet too... I live in an apartment and have it in the kitchen. Its a very good washing machine.

Q: QuestionI would like to know if this washing machine can wash a comforter size qween ? I need to know because I currently have a size 1.0 cubic foot washing machine and in it I can wash 2 size qween sheets. I just bought so I can wash the queen size comforters.

The question about if a particular washer will accommodate a certain sized comforter is a tricky one, simply because there is so much variability in comforter thickness. A thick queen size comforter can be substantially bulkier than a thinner king size comforter, so generically stating that a given washer can accommodate a certain size comforter is risky. As with any bulky item being washed, there will be limited movement of the item in the washer so we always recommend to pretreat any stains on bulky items before washing and to be sure to load the item(s) evenly to foster them washing well and spinning up smoothly.
