• A:Answer The dryer has an easy pull up lint collector located just inside the dryer door at the bottom. I have no idea about the drying time or 120 vs 220. It just seems that things dry very quickly and I often only leave things in for ten minutes and then put them on hangers to avoid any shrinking. When I have left them to dry, it seems as if the dryer has simply shut off when things were dry. My washer and dryer are in a closet. They do not match exactly. By error, Best Buy placed a high end set, which I loved but they had measured wrong and didn’t fit. They matched. They then suggested the set i now have that do not match, but are both by the same manufacturer. They are small enough for the tiny space I have, are easier to operate than the high end set, and I absolutely love them!

• A:Answer Hi there! Thanks for your question! The lint filters are located on the inside of the tub. These directions are from page 11 of your Use and Care manual: Clean EVERY MONTH to remove any items that may have been caught in the filter. 1. Remove the blue lint filters from the side of the basket by unclipping. 2. Open the filter, gently remove lint, rinse filter in warm water, and close. 3. Replace by snapping filter back into its location in the washer basket. We hope this helps! -Michael@GEA

• A:Answer Hi! Thanks for asking. The spin speed for this washer is 750 RPMs. Also, we do not rate the sound level of our washers, which means we are unable to provide a decibel level while they are running. - The tub is Stainless Steel and this model is not Energy Star Qualified. We do recommend using HE detergent due to them being low-sudsing and specially formulated for high efficiency washers to provide excellent whitening, stain removal and clothes care. Hope this helps! Q: QuestionI read that the dryer should have about twice the capacity of the washer. Since the washer is 2.8, this means the dryer should be 5.6. This dryer is only 3.6. Does this mean it is too small a dryer for this washer?

• A:Answer Hi - Thanks for viewing GE! The matching dryer DSKP333ECWW (3.6 cu.ft.) accommodates the load from washer GNW128SSMWW. While dryer capacities are larger than the matching washer, they are not necessarily twice the capacity. For example our full size washer Model GTW460ASJWW (4.2 cu. ft.) is paired with matching Dryer Models GTD42EASJWW (7.2 cu. ft.) and GTX42EASJWW (6.2 cu.ft. ).
