Q: QuestionCan this refrigerator be pushed back flat against the wall?.....so the depth dimension is the actual distance from the wall?.....or, is some space recommended, or possibly the back is not completely flat?

Q: QuestionAre there separate temperature controls for this refrigerator and freezer (GTS21FSKSS)? Our old refrigerator only had 1 control for the whole unit, and a dial in the freezer to increase/decrease airflow but not temperature

• A:Answer Hi rpk8- The refrigerator has a single upfront temperature control in the fresh food section. For colder temperature, turn the knob clockwise toward Coldest. For warmer temperature, turn the dial counter-clockwise toward Cold. To turn off the cooling in both compartments, turn the knob counter-clockwise to the vertical off position. There is a control on the air tower in the freezer that controls how much cold air is in the freezer. The actual temperature control is only in the refrigerator compartment. Keep in touch! SUEatGEA

• A:Answer No meat drawer.. Or drawer in middle shelf area..kind of a downfall... Not positive on ice maker...no charge for delivery/ removal... If a charge for removal look into your electric company picking it up.. They actually give a small credit in my area for that. And shelves are glass.

• A:Answer Yes this fridge can have the door switched, and there are instructions for the installer to switch the door for you. You should be able to use the model number to search for the installation manual, where the process of switching the door is outlined.

GE Appliances strongly recommends that an extension cord not be used with a refrigerator due to the potential safety hazards under certain conditions. However, if an extension cord is used, it is absolutely necessary that it be a UL® listed 3-wire grounding appliance extension cord, and that the current carry rating of the cord be a minimum of 15 amperes. Where a standard 2-prong wall outlet is encountered, it is your personal responsibility and obligation to have it replaced with a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet. Do not cut the grounding prong and do not use an adapter. The power cord is approximately 5' - 6' in length. Keep in touch! SUE@GEA
