Q: QuestionSomehow, the fridge's temperature was adjusted and I have re-set it at 0 for the freezer and 37 for the fridge, but I do not see any changes. I read in another post to wait 24 hours, but should I see a gradual change throughout the day, right?

• A:Answer Hi Susan- Thanks for choosing our GE Model GDE21ESKSS! Yes, we do suggest to allow 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize to the preset recommended settings. This model displays Set temperatures only, not actual temperatures, so you will not see a change in the display throughout the day. Keep in touch! SUEatGEA

While slate does compliment other appliances, whether or not it matches other finish appliances like your black and stainless range would be subjective. The design of your kitchen, cabinetry, style of flooring and even the lighting could make a difference in how you perceive these colors when placed in the same room. • A:Answer Hello Mango - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and we are happy to help you. The refrigerator and freezer temperature controls are inside at the top of the refrigerator. The freezer temperature control default is "0" degrees and this can be adjusted by pressing either side of it up or down. The refrigerator default set temperature is "37" degrees and it can likewise be adjusted up or down. Please allow the refrigerator at least 24 hours to adjust to the new temperature setting.
