Hi Beach - We are sorry to hear the icemaker is not producing ice. Check the Icemaker On/Off switch and be sure nothing interferes with the sweep of the feeler arm. A clogged water filter can restrict water flow to the icemaker. Filters should be changed every 6 months. See pages 8 and 14-15 of the Owner's Manual at the following link about the filter and icemaker: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60646-6.PDF - Also, view a short video about troubleshooting your icemaker at this link: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17403 - For service, please schedule an appointment with GE Appliances Factory Service at GEAppliances.com/service or call 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). We hope these tips are helpful. Keep in touch! Sue
