“the dimensions state the depth is 37.5 inches but i measured the unit while at home depot and its only about 32.5. why the discrepancy?”

The depth of this refrigerator is: Case Depth without the door is 30-5/8", Depth without the handle is 35", Overall Depth is 37-1/2". You should also have a 2" air clearance in the back of the refrigerator. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!
