QuestionThis is the Model number that one of your competitors offer and the options to order. GNE25JSKSS. I chose to option for color "SS" and "None" for ice/water dispenser. We have no need for water or ice. Other of your competitors say it is not possible?

- Answer No. It gets lots of fingerprints, although Pledge multi surface seems to clean them up pretty good. Still it's an almost daily task. Especially after the grands are here.

QuestionHow difficult is it to slide the entire refrigerator out? we have a wall to the left of our existing refrigerator (french door). However, due to the wall we are unable to open the door sufficiently in order to pull out the draws or change the filters.

- Answer Hi Sue - Thanks for viewing GE Model GNE25JSKSS! The refrigerator is equipped with rollers and leveling legs. To move the refrigerator you will need to turn the legs clockwise to raise the refrigerator. Pull the refrigerator straight out and return it to position by pushing it straight in. Moving the refrigerator in a side direction may result in damage to the floor covering or refrigerator. After moving back into place, lower the leveling legs until they touch the floor. - Answer Hi Kathy, Yes, there would need to be some space around the refrigerator in order for it to have proper air circulation. 1/8" up to 1" inch of clearance on each side. 1" on the top (this is above the case, not the hinge). 1" to 2" in the back. We would recommend reaching out to your contractor if you find that your refrigerator does not have enough clearance. We hope that this helped! Thank you very much for your question. -MS

We do not rate the sound level of our refrigerators or freezers, which means we are unable to provide a decibel level while they are running. The type of installation (built-in or freestanding), floor type (wood, tile) and room acoustics can all affect the normal operating sounds that you may hear. You should be pleased with your choice.
