Q: QuestionI’ve had this model about a year and it has worked so perfectly until today. About 20 minutes jn, it just stopped and beeped. Nothing was blocking the filter and everything looked normal. I unplugged and tried again - nothing is happening at all. Help!!

Q: Questionhow do you get the unicouple to fit in the storage pocket? I can’t get it in correctly and it will drip down the back of the dishwasher after disconnecting.

• A:Answer Hello- Thanks so much for your question. The PSI should be 20-120. Signs of low water pressure in your home would be that your clothes aren't getting fully washed, getting less water and leaking plumbing. A pressure gauge from your local hardware store can be purchased for less than $10.00 and that will confirm your pressure. We hope this helps! While this model has the option to use WiFi if you utilize the U+ Connect Module (which is available under part number PBX23W00Y0 if you'd like to set it up), WiFi is not necessary to control the dishwasher. It does have a control panel with push buttons, which is located at the top of the door. If you need further information about using the control panel and buttons, your manual does have instructions on using the unit and is available online if you search our GE website with your model number. • A:Answer When I got mine the casters were not installed but it only took a minute to install them. Best Buy would have to give you an official answer on your second question but I imagine the delivery guys wouldn't mind helping with that. It's super quick and simple.

• A:Answer you dont know, you cannot see the instrument panel to tell if it is finished. you just have to open it to determine if it is finished. otherwise, when it is finished, it shuts off on its own.
