“Hi, I purchased this dishwasher and the hose always sticks out and doesn’t retract fully. I’ve had a service technician come over and stated that nothing can be done. Do all portable dishwashers now have this issue?”

The hoses on our portable dishwasher stick out and don't fully retract also. The hoses appear to be twisted keeping them from retracting fully. This is such a minor problem that I will wait until the machine needs some sort of major repair until I have a repair person fix the hose problem. You are not the only one who has this problem if that's any consolation.

This is the first time I ever buy a brand new appliance where I have to “fix” it myself. I have to admit, this is the worst customer service and after purchase help with a product I have ever received. GE doesn’t care about it’s clients and the quality of their product anymore.

We hate to hear yours is not doing so and a service technician has advised they cannot adjust it.
