• The three shelves on the refrigerator side and two lower shelves on the freezer side pull out. I did not realize this until I saw this question and went to my fridge to check. I absolutely love this refrigerator!

• Hello. Thank you for asking and considering a GE Appliance refrigerator. The shelves do pull out for easy access on 3 of them. The correct model number is GSS25IYNFS. The vegetable bins inside the fresh food section pullout to access food items inside them. This model has 2 freezer baskets that can be accessed. The 3 freezer shelves are fixed.
