The article called "Refrigerator - Normal Sounds and Noises Made" on our GE Appliances website can help you better understand what you can expect from your unit. If your refrigerator doors are opened frequently, your compressor will run more often.

- Answer Yes, The doors do come off on this model refrigerator. For instructions on removing the refrigerator and freezer door, please view pages 24 and 25 of the Use and Care Manual that can be found on the website.

QuestionSometimes when I'm getting a glass of ice water the, ice comes out fine, then when I get water it may start with a full stream, but then turns to a trickle or stops all together. If I wait 5 minutes the water stream is back to ok. fridge is new

- Answer Slow water could be caused by a partially clogged filter. You can check to see if this is the issue by installing a bypass plug and seeing if your water dispenses. If it does, you will need to replace your filter. If the water still doesn't flow as it should, please schedule service by calling 833-426-3393. Our technicians would be happy to investigate further.

Questionis the depth size pretty accurate ? I only can bring in one with a depth of 28 3/4, or less... this one says its 28 1/4 without door and handles. Just wanted to make sure your numbers are pretty accurate
