The Door Alarm is meant to sound if the door is open for more than 3 minutes. Normally the light will go out and the beeping will stop once the door is closed again. We understand you have checked the doors for any obstruction, but you may want to also check the gasket around the door's perimeter, to make sure there is no kink or gap that could be preventing the door from completely closing and sealing. If you are not able to stop the alarm with that step, you may want to consider scheduling service.
