Q: QuestionDoes the refrig SIDE have two large vegetable bins and a snack/deli drawer ~width height and depth please of all 3 drawers, GE's answer was not clear. You said yes to snack Drawer but could be speaking of second vegetable bin? Please clarify.

• A:Answer Hi- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Yes, many automatic defrost refrigerators have a NeverClean Condenser. The condenser coils are located in the compressor housing instead of on the back, keeping them clean and functioning optimally. This design allows for more efficient airflow. The bucket will hold approximately 8 pounds of ice. If your refrigerator is not producing this, then we recommend checking the following: 1) make certain the water filter is not clogged; 2) make certain the freezer temperature is not too warm; 3) If there is very little food, or no food, in the refrigerator or freezer sections, this can cause temperatures to significantly fluctuate; 4) Check that there is no restriction in the water supply and if so, please contact a plumber. Otherwise, we recommend contacting GE Consumer Service at 1.800.432.2737, Mon. - Fri., 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sat. - Sun., 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, EST. Q: QuestionWe have a GE profile side by side model psb48ygxasv with a snack pan on the bottom. The snack pan is 7 degrees warner than the refrigerator that we keep at 37 degrees. This is not cold enough. Is there a way to make the snack pan colder?

Q: QuestionThe plastic over the buttons (specifically over the water and cubed ice buttons) is starting to get worn out. I want to remove the plastic but my husband says it needs to stay for protection. Maybe I should buy contact paper to replace? Any suggestions?

• A:Answer Hi Ralph - These models are actually the same. When the model is manufactured, the extra letter (K) is placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. This letter is used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, this is used as an identifier for the specific appliance. • A:Answer Hi - GE Side-by-Side refrigerators have a water reservoir in the fresh food section. The water is stored and chilled in either a storage tank or coil tubing until it is needed. Since the reservoir is in the fresh food section, the water is chilled but will not be ice-cold.
