Q: QuestionI have a reverse osmosis unit on my home, can I utilize the water feature on the fridge without a filter installed in the fridge?

Q: QuestionWe have a stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Reviews said this stainless steel model shows lots of fingerprints. Might the slate match my stainless? I like the black, but think the black would make my kitchen too dark.

• A:Answer You need to prime the line to get the air out of it. This is done by holding the water release for at least 30-45 seconds. The very first time you may see dark, uncleared water but it will eventually become clear.

Also, we are finding that this unit does have a Sabbath Mode. To enable and disable this mode, you need only press and hold the LOCK and LIGHT buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. • A:Answer Hi Lee the wattage of this fridge is 1,800 Watts. This power specs of this fridge is 120 Volts, 60Hz, 15 Amps, This may seem like a really high number. Usually when the compressor kicks on it starts at that wattage and then uses a lot less energy once the fridge gets down to temperature.

• A:Answer Hi jm - Thanks for reaching out to us. We want to help! If the refrigerator temperature sensor is blocked, it may not be able to correctly sense temperature to control cooling. The temperature sensor is located at the top of the refrigerator, on the ceiling above the top shelf. The sensor looks like a dome with slats. Move items so there is 6 inches of clearance around the sensor. Check the setting on the full-width drawer and set to Cold (vs Coldest). Choose factory settings; 0F Freezer, 37F Refrigerator. Food load is an important factor. The drawers and compartment should ideally be 1/2 full or more. Freezing occurs when the refrigerator does not have enough food to absorb the cold air.
