Thank you so much for reaching out. We're terribly sorry to hear that your air conditioner is not cooling properly! We know that can be quite a hassle. We would recommend the following: make sure nothing is restricting air flow, check to see if cold air is escaping by checking for open furnace registers and cold air returns. Also if the room was already hot, it will take longer for the room to cool down. We do not recommend having customers replace the refrigerant in the air conditioner.
