Q: Questioncan i order any regerator when purchase it in bisque color. or do i have to order color it come in

Q: QuestionIs the fridge quiet? We have an open plan design, and don't want to hear it when sitting in our living room which is open to the kitchen.

Q: QuestionFreezer has stopped freezing food!!! It’s only cool inside. Reset it back to zero yesterday. 24 hours now and still just cool. This is a pretty new fridge. Help!

• A:Answer Hi LordAragorn, thanks for reaching out to us! Your icemaker will have a "lightswitch-esque" switch or a sliding switch that you can use to turn the unit off and on. Once the bucket is full, making sure that it's in the proper position, the icemaker will be able to sense when to stop making ice. We hope that this helps. Stay safe.

• A:Answer But that model, GNE27JYMFS, does not have the built-in ice maker. Also, I wanted to order the GNE27JSMSS but it's listed as discontinued at most retail outlets, but oddly not on the GE website. I was still able to order one on Best Buy on 5/18/20.

• A:Answer Hi - Thanks for choosing GE Model GNE27JSMSS! We certainly understand your concern and happy to help. If you hear buzzing from the refrigerator, it is most likely coming from the icemaker. On models with the XWF filter (many bottom-freezer and side-by-side models), you may hear the sound for 5 seconds about once every hour. It is caused by an isolation valve that is designed to help prevent major leaks from the filter. Check and make sure the icemaker is turned off if water is not connected to the refrigerator.
