Hello davud, Good question! We thank you for your interest in GE Appliances, and we'd be happy to help you with this range. We found that the time for preheating an oven can vary depending on what the temperature setting is. Most ranges have a Preheat that will signal when the oven has reached a temperature hot enough to add food, rather than when the set temperature is reached. Typically the range will signal after about 7-12 minutes, depending of the temperature you set. If you decide to wait until the oven has reached 350 degrees, it could take 10-20 minutes. We hope this answers your question. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with. Have a great day! -Sylvia@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to preheat the oven to 350* but the really cool thing is that you can start the preheat from your connected device (phone, tablet or even Alexa) then it will notify you will it’s ready. The WiFi feature makes all the difference. When we first had the oven installed my wife thought the WiFi connection was totally unnecessary but now she sees how handy it is to be able to start the preheat from anywhere.
