• A:Answer Hello, thank you for reaching out to us! You should be able to reset your clock by pressing the “Set Clock” pad, then use the number pads to set the time. Press “Set Clock” again to toggle between AM and PM. Press “Start” to save the time. We hope this helps. Best regards – Matthew@GEA

Q: QuestionHello, will this double wall oven fit (old wall oven GE JKP14WOP3WG and GE Monogram microwave JET343G 002) if we remove microwave shelf? Total vertical cutout is approx. 50 1/4 inches. Thanks!

Q: QuestionDoes the 'BAKE' option use only the bottom heating element or does it use both bottom and top heating elements? Is there a bottom-only cooking option?

We were able to locate your double oven's model and found it has the following cutout dimensions: 25” - 25-1/4” W x 49 1/2” - 50-1/8" D x 23-1/2’’ Min. D. With that said, we're pleased to let you know that the only difference of model JKD3000SNSS is that it has a minimum cutout height of 49-11/16". As long as you can meet this requirement, we're pleased to let you know this new double oven should make a great fit. Q: QuestionWe've an old Hotpoint double oven (early 70s). Catalog No: R K 7660R1WH The cabinet cut-out dimensions are: 49 5/8" H x 24 3/4" W x 24" D. Would this GE model JKD3000SNSS fit?

• A:Answer Hello davud, Good question! We thank you for your interest in GE Appliances, and we'd be happy to help you with this range. We found that the time for preheating an oven can vary depending on what the temperature setting is. Most ranges have a Preheat that will signal when the oven has reached a temperature hot enough to add food, rather than when the set temperature is reached. Typically the range will signal after about 7-12 minutes, depending of the temperature you set. If you decide to wait until the oven has reached 350 degrees, it could take 10-20 minutes.
