QuestionYou say it's a 27 inch oven, then you said it's 25 1/4 by 28 1/8 by 23 1/2 how wide does the oven hole in the cabinet need to be, I will be replacing a 26 inch GE wall oven. Thanks AL

- Answer Hi! All these dimensions can definitely be confusing. We label wall ovens as 24", 27", and 30", which refers to the size cabinet it can fit into. The overall size of the unit is usually a bit smaller, so the 26" wide GE oven you have is labeled as a 27" model. The cut-out dimensions is basically the hole in the cabinet that the oven will fit into. The good news is that the new model is likely to fit the old cut-out without issues. The cut-out "hole" is: Width: 25" min/25-1/4" max; Height: 27-5/8" min/28-1/8" max; Depth: 23-1/2"min. I hope this helps! LEDA@GE

QuestionCan you see your food inside the oven, is there a light that you can turn on from the outside or does the light only come on when you open the oven?

- Answer Hi Mee- We certainly appreciate your loyalty. Yes, JKP14WOP3WG is considered a 27" Wall Oven- it requires a standard 27" wide cabinet. (Cutout: 25 MIN"W x 27 1/2 - 28 1/8"H x 23 1/2"D). - Answer Hello - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. This is a very nice built-in wall oven. The vent is located below the door. QuestionI have a 27 X 19 1/2 inch cut-out. I'm looking for an electric radiant cooktop that will fit. Can I still purchase one that requires a 28 1/2 cut-out? Will the electrical box underneath the unit still fit through the hole. Thanks

QuestionHave a 29 inch oven. Displays F3 error message. Tried to replace thermostat. Removed screws & pulled the thermostat from back wall. Tried pulling the wire through the opening to get at the connector. No luck, insulation too rigid. Is there a connector?

For installation questions, we'd recommend reaching out to Best Buy. - Model JKS3000SNSS is a newer model than the first one that you listed. - Answer Hi Rita, thanks for reaching out! Based on the Quick Specs of the unit, you would need, at the very least, 23 1/2" depth in your cutout space to properly install this unit. We can only recommend that you follow the installation instructions as they are written due to the fact that these are the conditions under which we have tested and approved this model. However, we would recommend the PEB7227ANDD to go with our stainless steel ovens. The gray is made to match the glass of the oven and it offers a stainless steel trim kit. - Answer Hi aztecdez - The stainless steel finish is not fingerprint resistant. We suggest Cerama Bryte Stainless Steel Wipes (WX10X10004). Cleans, polishes and protects stainless steel surfaces for convenient touch ups and spot cleaning. Pre-moistened wipes are ready to use out of the canister for quick and easy application.
