Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If washer will not spin at all and flashes spin on the control panel, there may be a broken or loose wire at the capacitor located on the bottom side of the washer unit. There is a red wire and a blue wire. Give a little tug and see if either are loose or broken. There is a service bulletin for this inspection issued in 2017. If you are not familiar with mechanical operations or electricity, please hire a handyman or a service tech, as capacitors retain electricity for some time after power is disconnected. If wire(s) are loose/broken, re crimp and ops check.

If an out-of-balance condition is detected by the washer, the Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle. We suggest to make sure the washer is level. It needs to be level and sitting on a good, solid floor. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation.
