“I recently purchased a ge dehumidifier and it will not allow me to set the humidity level. At first I could not get it to pull any moisture. Finally, got it to start working but I still cannot set the humidity level. It stays at 29% and smart dry.”

We would suggest following the troubleshooting tips that are in the use and care guide which should be able to help with this situation found on the website. (Page 9). If you find after troubleshooting that your unit is still causing concern, then we recommend taking advantage of your limited warranty. You can review those details also in your manual (page11) .
