“We recently moved and tried to plug in the dehumidifier and it won’t turn on. We bought it about a year ago. Filter is clean, everything is hooked up. When plugged in, all the lights flash on then it shuts off immediately. Any fix?”

Did you remove the wheels from inside the water tank? Also, you have to let the machine sit upright for one hour before its first use

To troubleshoot, make sure the bucket is placed and securely seated for the dehumidifier to operate. Also, check the drain hose connection, and make sure it is not kinked in any way. We hope these suggestions fix the issue, but if not, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance.
