A:Answer Hey there, and thank you for reaching out. While we're glad you are overall thrilled with this washer, we hate to hear you've had an issue with the clothes being too wet when the wash cycle is done. We know something like this would cause concern, and would be glad to assist. You may want to make sure the cycle matches the load you are washing, especially as some fabrics can feel wetter when rinsed with cold water. You also may want to make sure the load is distributed evenly and the washer is level to ensure even performance. You can run the clothes through a Drain & Spin cycle if they're still a bit damp. Using the proper type and amount of soap is also important - if too much detergent is used, oversudsing can result in the final spin being slowed down. A high efficiency detergent can help prevent this. Finally, you may want to check that nothing is obstructing the drain hose to ensure all the water is draining promptly. If the above troubleshooting does not help to resolve the issue, our service department is available at 1-800-432-2737 and would be glad to offer whatever help they can. We are happy to help with any other inquiries or concerns - all the best! -Sarah@GEA
