I experienced this too, but think I figured out the problem...when they delivered it, they removed the shipping bolts, but NOT the shipping Brackets....the instructions clearly state not removing the shipping brackets from the back can cause the washer to become SEVERELY imbalanced
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. My machine is less than 1 month old. When in spin cycle it shakes and sounds like it’s going to walk across the floor. I think the tub is unbalanced. Makes loud noise even when doing delicates on spin. This machine makes lots of noise even during the wash cycle. Never had a washer do this ever. For a 3000.00 set you think it would be quieter

We see how this can be frustrating. The load could be unbalanced. To fix this, pause the unit, open door and manually redistribute load. The pump filter could also be clogged. See the Care and Cleaning section on how to clean the Pump Filter on page 17 of the Use and Care manual online at this link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-3000217-2.pdf If you have any further issues, please feel free to reach out to us at: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/contact.htm We hope this helps!
