• Hi there, we apologize for any confusion. We were responding based on the model you had asked the question under. To clean your washer tub, we recommend the following: First, you can use Tide Washing Machine Cleaner and follow the directions on the package. You may also try the following: 1) Set the washer to fill with hot water and select the longest wash cycle. 2) Add a 3/4 cup of a water softening additive which can usually be found in the laundry detergent aisle in most stores (baking soda or vinegar can be substituted). 3) Allow the washer to complete an entire wash and rinse cycle.
