Q: QuestionEach time I use bleach (by pouring it into bleach dispenser), the clothes in the next load of laundry always get ruined by bleach spots. I have tried cleaning out the inside of the machine after running a bleach cycles but it does not help. Help!

Q: QuestionWhen I hook up and turn on the cold water, the water starts filling up my tub. I this correct? It won't stop unless I turn off the water. It still pours in when I have the lid open. This is a brand new unit. The model is GTW720BSNOWS

Q: Questiondoes this machine add fresh water in it then moves around to get excess soap suds out on the rinse cycle? the Maytag I have now just spins and squirts water in it. I have to re-wash with no soap to get suds out grrr.

Q: QuestionKeeps flashing balancing...and makes a grinding noise. Any suggestions

• A:Answer Hi there - If an out-of-balance condition is detected by the washer, the Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle. You may hear a grinding-type noise when the washer is agitating. It's very important to load your items loosely and evenly around the Infusor at the start of the load, careful not to overload the washer. The Quick Wash option is meant for lightly soiled items that are needed quickly; the exact time will vary depending on the other settings, the load size, etc. While there is therefore not an exact amount of minutes, about 33 minutes is the estimate; it can be several minutes shorter or longer depending on the settings and load. • A:Answer Hello Debbie, Thank you for your question, we'd be more than happy to help you. We are sorry to hear the issues with your last washer. We know how disappointing it can be when products don't live up to expectations. This particular model is equipped with an infusor. Top-load washers with an Infusor will not have a traditional agitator. The Infusor replaces the agitator and has a short, wide base (wash plate) that works alone or with the wash basket to provide different types of wash action. With an Infusor, the clothes stay near the wash plate. The mechanical action of the Infusor moves the clothes through the water and against the sides of the tub. Q: QuestionCan this machine wash a king sized quilt? Is it a simple hook up or complicated?

Most king comforters/quilts will wash properly in our washers as long as the comforter/quilt fits below the balance ring of the washer tub and is not stuffed in the tub tightly. The thickness, density, and overall size of the comforter should be taken in account when deciding whether to wash the comforter in a washer. Also, installation requires basic mechanical and electrical skills and completion time is generally 1-3 hours.
