Just purchased this same washer and ours is vibrating loudly also—the technician leveled the unit but it still bangs during spin cycle
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same one and no problem with vibration. I think the legs are not level.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it’s not normal at all. There are some screws on bottom they needed to fasten it in order to minimize the shake. Either fasten it yourself or call them to come again and install it properly.

A new appliance is always an exciting experience. We are sorry about the vibrations, but we'd be happy to provide you with a solution. We found that if a washer is vibrating or shaking a lot, it can be caused by an unbalanced load, or the leveling legs are not firmly touching the floor. You can find information on how to balance the loads properly (Page 15) and how to adjust the leveling legs (Page 22) in the link below: https://files.bbystatic.com/3%2FvTY6tIA8U6BkU58%2Bc4iA%3D%3D/341e7a25-d8f8-48b8-846c-77bb0b27af2e.pdf We thank you for choosing GE Appliances, and we hope you enjoy your new appliance. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask us. Have a great day! -Sylvia@GEA
