- Answer No, I don't have the exact db but seems noisier than it should be and noisier than previous units I've had. It's not too loud just louder than expected for how well it cools the room.

- Answer Yes Kevin, my husband and I are both older & handicapped. Best buy scheduled my installation & removal of my older nonworking unit, which they hauled away. 1/2 hour from start to finish. No Charge at all!!!

Questionge ac AHC10 plugged it in, is shorting out,.shows temperature readout is a 88, when I hit turn on//power it starts up and all lights on for mode, speed, etc. then power shorts out within 4 seconds. holding down power cold air comes out but it shorts
