I think all propane stoves can be lit if the power is out but it will not self ignite ,

During a power outage the burners on the stove will work, but the oven will lose power and won't be able to be used. The oven will lose power and there will be no gas flowing to it, that's why it cannot be used. To use the burners during a power outage you can light them with a match. Hold a lighted match to the burner, then turn the knob to the "LO" position. Use caution when lighting burners this way. If the power goes out while using the burners, they will stay lit unless they are turned to Off. For safety, make sure the burners are either lit or turned to the Off position.
