“Can you use tide pods with this machine?”

• Yes. Toss them in with your clothes. But I prefer the liquid because it dispenses automatically and lets you know when to refill. Best washer I ever owned!

• Yes, as with other machines you have to put them in the tub and not the dispensers. You will also have to turn off the SmartDispense with the push of a button.

• Hi - Thanks for considering GE Model GFW850SPNRS! Yes, you can certainly use tide pods with this model. Laundry detergent packets (pods) should only be added directly to the wash basket following the manufacturer’s directions. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue
