Q: QuestionHello. When the wash has completed the unit prompts you to turn on the ultrafresh vent. However, it does not turn off. It continues to run for hours if you do not manually turn it off. Is that normal?

• A:Answer Yes. according to the manual, it can run for up to eight hours but you can cancel at anytime..one of the best features out there...

• A:Answer I don't know what a "planked" load is, but it can wash blankets and big loads. The instructions break it down into what you can put in the tub. I've washed a Queen size blanket with no problem.
