Hi there, and thanks for this great question! We designed this model with WiFi connectivity to optimize your laundry experience, and we’re glad you want to take advantage of the specialty cycles. If you have already downloaded the cycles through the SmartHQ app, they should be available to select; if you have any trouble with that process, you may want to reach out to our Connected Home Support Line at 1-800-220-6899, or email them at [email protected]. That team would be able to help with questions related to the app. If you haven’t yet connected to the app and downloaded the cycles, we have a section on connecting on page 14 of the manual (which can be viewed online on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page).
