Try using baking soda with a slightly damp rag. This will not scratch the finish but will clean it.

If they do not come clean using soap and water, we suggest to place them in a covered container (or plastic bag) with 1/4 cup ammonia to loosen the soil. Rinse with clean water and polish with a clean soft cloth. The drip pans may also be cleaned in a dishwasher. Black porcelain coated drip pans can be cleaned in the oven during the self-cleaning cycle.
