Hey there, Thank you so much for reaching out. We're happy to answer your questions! The vents located at the back of the cooktop are for when you use the cooktop. The vents at the front of the oven is when you are using the oven. This range does have leveling legs and comes with an anti-tip device. This range does not come with a power cord included. You will need either a 4-wire 40 amp 4' cord or a 3-wire 40 amp 4' cord. Hope this helps! Mike@GEA
