Hi Chrissy- The range is equipped with heavy duty, dishwasher safe grates- Easily and safely clean grates in the dishwasher or place in the bottom of the self-clean oven. To clean the griddle, wash with dish soap and hot water. If necessary, scrub with a non-abrasive plastic pad. Do not clean the griddle in the self-clean cycle or in the dishwasher.
