“Is the slate color the same as the black stainless steel?”

• Hi-this is Sue from GE Appliances. We are excited to hear of your interest! Slate is a highly engineered, low-gloss matte metallic paint finish. It is not the same as black stainless steel. The slate finish will hold a magnet and resists fingerprints. To clean, wipe with a soft clean cloth using a mild household detergent then dry with a clean soft cloth. Thanks for checking with us!
