Could be the heating element. Had a dryer that took two or more cycles to dry and it was due to the heating element only partially working.

When clothes are taking a long time to dry, check for an obstruction in the ducting. Make sure the outside wall damper is operating easily. If flexible ducting is used, be sure that it's not kinked and is installed properly. We recommend cleaning the duct work at least once a year. Additional troubleshooting can be found on our website by searching "Dryer Taking too Long to Dry Clothes". If the above doesn't resolve the issue, service is recommended. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737. We hope that this helps. All the best! -Mikayla@GEA
